What kind of net do I need to catch all the fish out of my pond

A big one for a big pond and a little one for a little pond. Sorry I couldn't resist that bud. So why are you wanting to take all the fish out of your pond for? I remember my father trying to get all the fish out of our pond once and it didn't work so well he used something he poured onto the surface and the fish came up but that only worked down 4 foot. He then tried to drain the pond and that didn't work out either. he did all this to try and get rid of the bullheads in the pond.
