Howdy folks.. Just got in from fishing. Caught 4 nice channels and alot of small fish. I didnt got ti lake erie i just fished huron river.. I lost a nice fish. It came off on me.. It was something big. Im thinking maybe a nice flathead. However i did not catch very many of them today like i have the past 2 weeks. I think the cold front may have messed em up.. I tryed out the sleezy today. Wind was perfect for drifting. Thats how i caught all my channels. I didnt anchor down to many times today. Well imma get.. I need a shower u folks have a good nite..

Is it wet enought to get something stuck?
How many things can you spray WD-40 on?
Which aresol can goes farther in the Cheap pipe rocket?
I mowed til dark last night to get a little ahead of the game. Got up this morning and mowed the yard, and everything else I can mow with it. My neighbor called and said he was through with my rake for the tractor..... He's only had it for 11 months! He brought it over and I unhooked it before he could get off the tractor. He asked if he could borrow my shredder. I asked what was wrong with his and he said the weeds were too hight to get to it, he wanted to shred aroudn it before he hooked it up..... ISYN
I told him I woudl come over, weedeat around it, and hook it up for him. This was at 11:00 this morning. He said he had to eat lunch first. I asked about 12:30 and he said make it 2:30. I went over at 2:30, cleared all the tall grass around it, (he walked out of the house about this time), greased it, filled the gearbox with gear oil, (He was still in his yard at this point) got on his tractor and hooked it up. About the time I was hooking up the PTO, he walked up. He said "Oh, you've already got it done".....
He's an older man and I don't mind helping him anytime I can, but sometimes I wonder....

hello ramblers....
Monday and Tuesday in DC...(Didn't have any trouble figuring out what you meant Tuna)....Drove home Tuesday afternoon and then left out for Augusta at 3:15 the next morning.....They sent someone down there to take my place and I was told get my stuff and get turned around quick.....Had half of yesterday and all day today off...(from work)....Have spent the last day and a half working like crazy around the house......This sudden warm spell and not being home has got everything behind....Gonna leave out sometime before lunch tomorrow for DC and get the job up there going.........
The job in DC is going to be street cutting....we will be starting in Chinatown.....We walked the Job this past Monday and no sign of any animal life at all in Chinatown.....Hope to be out of there in a month and a half....The traffic looks to be a bitch in the mornings and evenings....May have to go in extra early and stay later......Checked on a room in C.town and they were @300.00 a night....insane....Can't afford anything inside the beltway....
Presently unsure as to how my schedule will work out for getting home some....really wanted to go fishing at least one day....but too short of a turn around and too much to do......Many thanks to each and everyone for your post....I have been trying to get caught up with everyone's post.....Hope everyone is doing as well as possible........If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
