Howdy folks. Ya'll with ailments remind me of a story from my youth. Yes, once I was a carefree child. We was layin on the bottom bunk beds and my dad was layin near the foot, with our feet on the floor. Well, in them days I always had sinus problems, stuffy nose etc. I figured it was natural, seems everyone had a hanky, and my dad had a whole drawer full of em. Well, he put his arms out to the side and let em fall, his hand hit me right in the snot locker. I at first wondered what I had done to deserve that, when I sat up I saw blood on my hand and ran to the bathroom and had my head over the sink. Musta been some pressure there, I filled that sink up with blood and snot. It cleared my sinuses for a bit tho.

Prayers for you braver than me souls who got knee problems and think ya need new parts. I'd be afraid.

Now someday I will give ya the story of the other end in Somalia. It involves George Bush, the older, not the ramblin Big G. I sure miss my rottweilers.

Seems we had an earthquake here last night. I figured it was just rumblin from Camp Pendleton, they are always makin noise. yanno Marines ain't happy unless they are grumblin about somethin. Then there was a loud bang, sounded too close for artillery. Wife said we had an earthquake, but didn't feel no movement. I turned on the radio since my TV died. No news just Coast to Coast radio, about how the gov is doin bad things. Well, I'd much rather be back in MN, hopefully next month.

To add insult to injury, my pet golden channel catfish (half channel cat, half goldfish) died yesterday. Had him for 12 years. He was 12" long and weighed right at a pound. Sure am gonna miss him.

Howdy folks.. Just got in from a little kayaking. Got rained on but it was not to bad Did go to far off the shore or very far from huron piers, Windy as hell let me tell u but the kayak handle well. I fish a jetti out there and was slaying crappie. Infact it started getting old. So i riged a few chubs for trolling and caught some small walleye. All n all not a long day on the water do to the wind and weather. But a great day fishing. Surface temp in lake erie is 58 degrees where i was. Thinking about going back tomorrow. But i kinda think i might hit west branch huron behind the mom n laws house. If it dont rain to much more and cause it to rise and make the current heavy.. Well u folks have a gooden..
