I do not know if this has been mentioned yet but if it is a day time event you could draw a crowd of spectators. Maybe not sure.

I like late night fishing. The boat and jet skies do not stop till dark.

I like the 6 PM - 12 AM. It gives us plenty of time to get to our spots before prime-time fishin. And nothin wrong with a weigh-in at night- sure, its not 'ideal' but I'd rather be fishing at sundown, then start in the morning just so I get a daylight weigh in. Just my 2 cents.

I like night for sure, day light way too many jack=ass pleasure boating peckers who dont give a hang about your lines or knocking the anchor loose, I fished Cliffs tourney couple of years back it was 5- mid first three hours sucked bad till all the dill-weeds got off the river said I would never fish one that early again. If you want a short one 7-1 maybe but I like all night.Just hate pleasure boaters!!!!!

The serious guys will do the all nighters Lee. If you keep running your tournaments well and promoting them like you have been, you'll get plenty of boats to come out.
