    Default tippy and bash

    Hey guys have any of you fished where the tippy and wabash meet 'I think its the tippy'. Is there any way to get down to the bank as I don't have a boat yet. Hope you all are doin great and catchin so big ones.

    i have the same problem trying to find a place on the wabash cause i dont have a boat either where do the tippy and wabash meet at ? cause the tippy is about 100 yards from me and the wabash is about 40 mins from me lol

    I do belive its by Americus on 25. I've googled it and looked at the map....looks like there is a long drive back to the water where cars have been back there I don't know if its public land. Nice sand bank to fish from from what I seen on google maps....hoping I can get some info to see if I can fish there and drive the dirt road back there.

    right where the tippy and bash meet there is a boat launch, private but he allows the public to launch for 5 bucks...he would probly let a person bank fish there if asked.
    on the south west corner of the intesecting rivers is a park, there are signs along the bank that say no entry except at park entrance...not sure what park it is, posibly battleground st park, there is an active eagles nest there that is pretty cool to see.

    That's Prophetstown State Park. Plenty of Wabash bank access for fishing. Yes, the guy there at the forks will let you fish there. Something to think about, the Tippy runs cooler than the Wabash, so right now, it's not to your advantage to fish the cooler waters. In the heat of summer though, the cooler waters will help.

    i have fished from shore there. park on that side rd. and walk in to the creekmouth. its on the other side from the tippy but its all you got from shore. there is a better creekmouth in delfhi. walk the trail back from the park.
