    Default Embarras River?

    Anyone out there fishing for cats on the Embarras near Charleston, IL? If so, any good suggestions on fishin' for flatheads this time of year?

    Caught a bunch still wintered up in their holes two or three weeks ago. All channels and all on Sonny's. Lots of pecking at my cutbait, but no hook-ups. They should be awake and feeding now the water was in the low 60's Saturday, but I chased crappie and bass all day trying to add a little variety to the menu at home .
