You know Troy, I usually wouldn't go fishin on a weekend if ya paid me!!!! BUT, the little woman in the boat with me had NEVER caught soo many crappie before in her life soooo-- would you PLEASE take me fishin saturday of all days with the crappie and wipers hitting and a week for everyone to get ready!!???? Well I thought if we got there EARLY!! HA HA HA, so did everyone else, there were 30 boats in the water and its still dark

We got our limit without me killin someone
and I told the wife we are going home and we are not coming back until the crappie are off the banks, and you are right Troy about this weekend and the full moon, they will be at the peak of the spawn and I WILL BE HOME
We caught all the crappie we need to kill for the year!!!
ALL IN ALL WE HAD A HELL OF A TIME

Fished below the dam yesterday with a couple of friends and did pretty good. Big fish of the day was 17 pounds, overall we caught 20 or so blue cats total and one small flathead. Bait was very tough and has been for some reason. Chris

I think weve had less than 2 inchs here at the house but hopefully your right and they had more in places Scotty.
Lake report states they will be running 20,000 cfs by Wednesday and I wouldnt be surprised if they increase those numbers the next couple of days.
Forecast looks good for the week and I plan to be there all week.
Slaying crappie in the day, and catfishing at night....
