Looks like momma is gonna take care of our business down in Grove so that'll give me some time. I think I'm gonna roll up Thursday afternoon and I'll have to be back Saturday night. So my heathen teenage children don't throw an all out beer bash here. LOL

Im losing my manhood on the 13th so i can no longer pregnate my Wife while spawning. I think some shore fishing for blues and fellowship with good people might be in order. Zadin and I might shoot up there on Saturday to "take it easy" that weekend. I'll bring the frozen peas! LOL

I was at Timber Creek yesterday and if the lake does not come up a foot or two the boat ramp will not be any good. Even with my front tires in the water I could not get the boat in the water. Good thing I had 4x4 to get back up the ramp. I went to Wakefield to put in. Nice ramp and park over there.
I found a 48in bluecat dead in the water. Lots of shad and caught channels up to 3 lbs and 1 drum.

That boat ramp is pretty shallow unless the lake is up. Instead of turning left out of Timber creek and going to Wakefield turn right next time and go to Military Marina. It is about a 1/2 mile down the road. That boat ramp and parking lot is the best on the lake in my opinion.

What days are some peeps showing up?? Thinking about coming out on thursday night to set the camper up if there is going to be someone already out there. I won't be out to stay until fri. evening right before dark or just after... Just in time for some earlly evening drifting..
