Thanks for the report Stan. My boat comes out of storage this week and the bait tank is ready for some gills. I've got the fever BAD.

Sat in Byron was a stinker just a couple nibbles,I had my 7 year old duaghter with me her patience ran out on spot #2 so we left real early. Went to Rockford the next day and caught 9 biggest maybe 8 to 9 lbs left early. Two on anchor and the rest was caught on a controlled drift. One flat head run, only rigged up a couple times for them that day. It was a good day

Thanks for the report Stan. I've been working on the blue tub this week. Added brackets and pvc to the trailer so I can load the boat myself in current. Installed fish locator today and the gas tank is full. It figures, I got called in to work for the next 2 weeks. Just maybe this weekend or next, I'll be able to make it out. Thought about a trip to the mouth of the pit at Byron for some night time action. I've caught big channels there but no flats. I'll be sure to give a report when I make it out.
