Pulled some nice eaters out of my holding tank this AM and put my new fillet knife to them. It done the job, no question about that. Now I need some advice. What is the best way to sharpen a good knife ?

Weather is great. Looks like a bunch of you right wingers owe Al Gore an apology.

Today is lawn mower maint. day. Try to keep it in top shape so Big Red doesn't complain.

Feen is having problems with the knee. Remember when the TURD of the month BG had his bionic knee installed. Seems to have worked for him.

Never was very good at sharpening knives. My dad was but I never really picked it up. He always had a small sharpening stone and a can of 3in1 oil sitting by his chair.

So far in Illinoying and the Republican caucus/primary thing - 87 people showed up to vote. At the current time Newt is winning with 94 votes and the old guy has 14. I wonder is Rod blago got a hair cut yet? I bet he sleeps on his back.

I hate to tell ya this Mac boy but your knife is still as sharp as it was.
The edge looks like a "J" now.
Steels and hones will restore the edge back straight. I prefer steels.
Never grind it.....
