good thing about that gathering is that at it, i can eat the fish with no problem. i know there is no bones in it cause i've cleaned and cut the flatheads up for the past two yrs. promise you, no bones. last two yrs, we cooked in my "secret" coating and people loved it. not store bought like before. got to come down and try it. might give you recipe then. LOL
but i'd still like a steak.

Hey Gary I just need the time and the place and I'll be there. I have a generator and a deep fryer as well if needed.

I'll bring the boat to and most likely there will be room for another if someone wanted.

yep, i've a generator to. just have to mix more gas. never used it yet though. new to me.LOL Robb, good talk last night, maybe settled a few things with us. will see in future. sure hope so cause i'm darn tired of it. tired of being labeled as the hater from the short timer bunch. never was, never have been, never will be one!!! just talk to guys that have actually met me.
morgan, hoping to hear from dale for place we can be at to do just one afternoon for a fish fry. that's what's it's all about.

I think mcentire would be a great gathering spot we are there may 4th-12th saturday the 12th would be a great day

Not sure if you realize that McIntyre is a ski park and might have some difficulty in getting a spot to do anything like a gathering and food thing on a Saturday

Gary and I are done with Mayflower County Park as far as a "group area"....They have re-arranged the tent camping area and it is just not the place that it was before...

There is more shade at the River below the Palo Verde at the Oxbow or down at the River site on the water.

Folks are working on a place to put something together....

With Dale's MOVE to GoldenShores, we don't have his place at HiddenBeaches like before......

Some folks are hitting up the Palo Verde area with a rented house for the folks from Central Cal.....We just need more input as to where folks would do their fishing, and a place for the traditional fishfry...

for camping the is also the sites along the river just across the birdge on the AZ side,, think thier free and you have unlimited room to fish the river from shore at camp,,, think the spots around the oxbow are $15 per day/night per car,,, I think the very 1st river gathering they all camped along the river near the outfall, only one I know that went to that one was Tim, maybe he can fill us in on that area.

Think n the weekend of the 4th will be best, Brian(bluehunter) is having his thing the weekend of the 12th and their are a few who may wish to attend both
