I heard that if you use whole kernel corn then the smaller ones can't digest it and they die, also it fills them up faster. I like to use chicken scratch yeast and water, but like bigchooch said I've only caught eating sized ones.

I don't know if it would make a difference being kernel corn because it gets really soft and mushy when it's done, but I will see if I can find anything about it. I guess it's possible. I will be checking into that. The last thing that I want to do is kill a bunch of small catfish. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
