Dinner to nite will be Hamburgers and home cut fries. Not the patties u buy at wally world these here are real beef outta the white paper nudge nudge. Nothing like fresh cow. and backed beans. I put ground beef in my baked beans. I'll cook a pound of ground beef season salt pepper galic salt. And then i'll put 3 cans of bush's baked beans in the pot with the meat. And little less then half a stick of butter and brown sugar, And i sugar to taste. Them there r some good ole bake beans o yea cant forget to dice onions n it while u cook the meat. The more u cook em the thicker it gets and it thickens after it cools aswell..

Just finished up the venison fajitas. OLE'!! That's some good stuff there! I seasoned the venison with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Then cooked it with the peppers and onions in my big ole trusty cast iron skillet with just a smidge of oil to keep it from sticking. Then onto flour tortillas, then topped with Monterrey Jack cheese. Then to the table where the salsa and lettuce were waiting. Also fixed some homemade refried beans and served them with tortilla chips. Can you say good stuff? And it sure clears out the old sinuses, too!! LOL!

We had stir fry made with Food City stir fry beef with cauliflower, snow peas, broccoli, carrots, onion, fresh garlic and bell pepper smothered in Szechuan Sauce served over rice. Probably will have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
