I bought a good Penn reel there several years back. Sometimes they got good stuff and sometimes they got junk, I guess it just depends on when you are there and what they get in. They get some pretty good tools in sometimes and sometimes they don't. They are kinda proud of some of their stuff especially the jewelry.

OK in the next couple of weeks I will start posting a food list. You don't have to bring food as plates and flatware are always needed. We have just short of a month to go before we all get together so we have time to think this out and have a fun time.

Not sure if we will be camping or not this round. If the camper sells, we will be finding a room in town to stay in. If not we will camp there. If we camp it will be late wed evening or early am Thursday when we get there. Plans were to leave about 5 am Wed, But Marilyn has a meeting in Dickson Tn that wed am. So think it will be around 1 pm if not later before we can get gone.
Sure looking forward to it, But as always time flys when your there. But sits still while we wait for it.

Go ahead and rub salt in the wound, that hurtsLOL. I know y'all did have a great time at Pickwick,... by the way, isn't that spelled hail instead of hell, well I guess it could be meant either way. hehehe

The weather is cooling off here and the rest of the week, I hope the nights are cool so we can have a good ole campfire, sit around with our great friends, the smell of wood smoke in the evenings, the smell of fresh coffee and frying bacon in the crisp morning air, man it just don't get much better than that.

After a good day fishing, slime up to the elbows, shad guts all over ya clothes, stink bait smeared all up in the eye brows, sunburned face and arms, the smell of fish guts cleaning the days catch,... just don't get no better than that does it? hehehe

Jim it was but I messed it up HEHE.....
As for the fire, After last week, I wish they would ban camp fires everwhere. Some stupid fool was throwing left over food in there fire. Along with Dog poo............... Would have loved to have beat his brains out, But don't think he had any left.. don't understand why people think a camp fire is for all there garbage..
Now looking for the fun to start.Been out there cleaning the camper up, waxed all of it and putting on the second coat this evening. Man not sure if this is worth it or not. But would rather do this one, then the one were getting when this one sells. This one is only about 35% of what the next one will be.

Also don't think its going anywhere until may That way we get one more trip out of it. Then going wide open to move it.

Jim If I can figure out how to haul the cooker, We will have fish there. I think we can load it up in the boat with the loader. Then have to get someone to set it out. Only weights about 100 lbs, but these days it way more than my body can handle.

Pete that sounds like a winner on the fish. I know y'all are glad you will get to use your camper one more time, the new one looks about the size of a house, that is going to be nice.

If I can find some of the Kimchi Uncle Bob was telling us about we will bring that also. It takes a little getting use to but man it is goooood also hot. We got to get out on the camper tomorrow, times a wasting.

Kimchi ( /ˈkɪmi/; Korean: 김치 [kimtɕʰi]), also spelled gimchi, kimchee, or kim chee, is a traditional fermented Korean dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings.[1][2][3] Kimchi was originally developed as a way to preserve the vitamins and minerals in vegetables over the long winter since the cold winters of Northern Korea and the mountainous areas meant that brining and pickling foods was the best way to achieve this. There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made with a main vegetable ingredient such as napa cabbage, radish, scallion or cucumber.[4] It is the most common banchan, or side dish, in Korean cuisine. Kimchi is also a main ingredient for many popular Korean dishes such as kimchi stew (김치찌개; kimchi jjigae), kimchi soup (김칫국; kimchiguk), and kimchi fried rice (김치볶음밥; kimchi bokkeumbap).

I do boiled cabage somewhat like that, Set the river on fire the next day. But man its good, sort of like the stuffed peppers you took home the night you left here HEHE

Buddy the camper is washed, Waxed and ready to be hauled to East Tn to see all our old friends and even the new ones..

That is the stuff, I wish I had some right now, it will light your lamp if you aren't use to hot foods. I found it in several places here in Chattanooga, I will be getting some of it soon.

I bet you are glad the waxing is over with. I went to pick up some roof coating we found online today but it will be Friday before it comes in, I hope it works, it has a 50 year garentee.

By the way, there is no way to make a post without hitting the quote button, I wonder whats up with that.
