Just wanted to let everyone know about the Customer Service from Monster Rod Holders. I received my order and had a few questions/concerns. I emailed Steve and was expecting a reply. What I was not expecting was to get a phone call from him to discuss my concerns, and his efforts to address them. This kind of service and dedication is what is missing in so many businesses these days.
Steve didn't have to call. He could have just sent a quick 1 line impersonal reply to my email, and honestly, I would have accepted that. Guess we've been conditioned to expect that. But instead, he calls me, talks to me about my concerns, and explains what he will do.
Try getting that at Bass Pro or Cabelas. Not that those stores don't have friendly salepeople, but hey, do yourselves a favor. If you are serious about wanting/getting a rod holder setup for your boat, why do business anywhere else? You're getting quality equipment (not to bash Driftmasters, cuz they're good holders also), but you get a personal touch and real care for you as a customer. I don't work for Steve, I'm not a "paid spokesman", I'm just a guy trying to enjoy the sport of Catfishing and am 1 damn satisfied customer. Steve has earned any of my future business. I don't think, heck, I know you won't be disappointed.
