Side rails are standard on the 240 as well. I ordered it without them because I can't see the point. The Monster Rod holders are the original 0/33's and they work great for all types of fishing. I often use the 33 even when I drift and save the 0 degree for when I am vertical dropping on anchor. You can not go wrong with the Monsters. I know plenty of folks who have the 45s and like them just as well

I now have my Monster Rack and Monster Rod Holders mounted on my ProCat 200! I put 6 holders on the rails, 3 on each side and mounted 6 bases on the Monster Rack. The Rack is solid as a Rock and fits just like the video of the ProCat 240. The live well lid leans up against the rack and so does the battery compartment lid as well. Thanks Steve for a Sweet set up! I hope to get some pictures to share this weekend.

Way to go Rusty. I'm getting my boat this Friday, and am hoping the rack and holders make it to the house by then so I can spend the weekend installing them. I think I've figured out a way to mount the rack off the deck. I'm going to butt some 1 5/8" and 7/8" unistrut together to make a 2 1/4" wide stand (2 legs and a flat section on them). I'll mount this to the deck next to the sides. Setting these unistrut legs about 10" high will allow me to open the livewell and battery covers without hitting the rack. At least it all seems to work on paper haha. Can't wait to see your pictures.

Rusty, that is a sweet looking ride. Hope mine turns out 1/2 as good. Be careful where you park that thing ... might end up missing a couple 12" aluminum stock bars (I'd leave ya the rod rack - I'm not heartless:wink:). Now show me some pics of those blues that are gonna prove those Monsters do their job.
