It really depends upon what you want. If you can't find it for your motor on the web, try going to an autoparts store/marine store and try to match colors there. I have been trying on and off for two years to find either the paint or the paint codes for a 1981 - 1983 evinrude, called California Gold. They don't make it any more, and I can't even find a two or three square inch piece to take to a store to use their computer on. Guess I"ll just go with a best guess estimate of the color.

Try NAPA they have a paint matching system that works real well and will put it in a spray can for you. You can often take off a small part from inside of the motor thats painted to use to match it up.

You should be able to find your color here.
Moeller Marine Online - Engine Paint
I just took a 120 Johnson down to metal.
Primed it with zinc chromate and used the Moeller engine paint and clear coat.
Like a brand new one. Got about 150 bucks in it.

Did you paint the cowling? If so did you put new decals on it?

Yes, sanded the cowling down, did the necessary body work, Primed, painted, and clear coated.
I've not put decals on yet but will.
OEM decals aren't made anymore but there are several outboard decal services on the web that do like Nana's on Ebay.
These decals are actually better then the ones that came on it and you can also shoot clear over them. But be wary of some decals. If folks is selling them for a 100 bucks and some guy over here is making them 30 I'd shy away from his decals. His materials may not be up to par for sun exposure.
Clear coating a cowling that large with a spray bomb is very difficult to do a perfect looking job.
What I'm going to do before I put my decals on is sand the clear on the cowling and run it across the creek to the body shop and have them shoot the clear on it.

I was curious about the decal source. I have a sign shop local that might be able to do it but I would rather just deal with somebody who already has reproduced them. Thanks

Businesses like Nana's already have the decal cuts figured out.
It's not as simple as a rectangle decal. The cowlings aren't square boxes. They have contour and shape so the decals are odd shaped to fit.
Once the decal is in place they look level. They look like it they are simple straight cuts but they aren't.
Like these Johnson decals.
