The National League won the All*Star game so the Bucs will have home field advantage in the World Series! The Bucs were 250-1 odds to win the World Series prior to the start of the season. Vegas still ain't showing us much love as we are now 150-1 odds! Anyone that bet $4000 before the season started would have $1 million coming in October if the Pirates pull it out! Let's Go Bucs!!!

I'm excited to see what the Bucs can do in the 2nd half of the season! We finally play again Friday opening a 3 game set at Houston. Sure would be nice to sweep them but have to at least get 2 of 3. The schedule gets tough after that with series vs the likes of Cinn., St. Louis, Atlanta and Philly! Should be interesting to see where we are at the beginning of August. Let's Go Bucs!

they really need to start hitting on a more consistent basis if they want to get ahead in the second half. the pitching will keep them in games but eventually its going to tail off a bit as those guys can't be spot on all the time. if their injured starters come back and start hitting then they will be in this til the end. if not they are going to start dropping off the pace here soon.

tied for first place with the red birds. Karstens pitched a complete game gem tonight. think he threw under 80 total pitches.
