    Frisky flies (trolling) is the bait of choice!....Use to be BIG bows!....A Beautiful lake in the cascade Mtns, with a nice resort. :smile2:

    Yes,

    This is a beautiful lake in southern oregon. Most recently (2006) the whole population of fish was killed off because of Tui Chub in the lake. I hear trout fishing is coming back, but I am not sure about catfish population at this point.

    Default since they poisoned it, the trout fishing has been great

    lots of rainbows, and some very nice ones, went there my first time last yr and caught one that was 19.5" and weighed 3lbs 19 oz

    Default Diamond Lake Update

    I went there for the first time in October and caught 40 bows between 15 an 20 inches all on a Thomas lure. I caught a bunch of small 10 and 12 inchers too. I'm definitely going back.
