Kat Bobbers are hot right now.
Everyone that's using our kat Bobber's and Fat Kat Bobbers are finding the better fish. Yes even this time of year in the lakes and rivers. The better fish are holding up in the water. Say its 40ft deep your going to find the fish up around 20ft to 25ft. Suspend that bait up there with them and hold on. As there going to load up on them.
Bank fisherman if your only fishing the bottom for catfish, your missing out on 75% of the fish this spring. These fish are up there eating minnows and building up energy after a cold winter. So get in on the hot fishing this time of year using a slip float. Its fun and will show you where the fish are holding.
We will be doing a video of this and have it up next month even if I have to pay someone or sway them tackle to edit it for me.>:?

Pete,
I have been having problems getting a bobber stop to hold against a 3oz lead on braid....any advice?

I use 60 lb up to 80 lb braid to tie my stops from. And even in heavy current and a lb bait and 3 oz of sinker they hold well. Are you using the small stops? Or one of the stops that we put in with each float now?
Also if your using the small stops you can use 2 of them and take care of the issue also.
Also to tie your own the easy way, we will be adding a video I hope next month showing you how to do it the fast and easy way.
But for now heres one that shows it YouTube - Bobber stop knot and you can use the stir sticks you use in restaurants.

I have an article up on my website extolling the virtues of the Kat Bobber. (No Paul, it is not a catfish site).
50% of my fish last year were caught on Kat Bobbers, and I use more bottom rigs than Bobber rigs..... You do the math. I have caught both Channels and Flatheads this way.
Not any Blues in my area but I bet it would be deadly on them too.
