Default FOUND A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM

    Solution:
Stopped driving it. Now im driving a 93 s10, regular cab, shortbed, with a bedliner, alum toolbox, air conditioning (upgrade for me), and gas milage thats well above 10mpg.

Just gave it a tuneup and runs pretty good for a truck thats been sitting for 3 years and only started like once a year.

also, if you want free oil, go here: ive got the information posted. free after rebate, cant beat free though!

LOL, congrats on the new truck. Time to take the old one out to pasture and put it out of YOUR misery.

I had folks down at the parts store tell me, tell the wife, tell the kids that todays engines with over 100 K on em should use 10-30 instead of 5-30. Or 20-40, I asked em if they would buy me an oil pump. Run the oil that is recommended or risk ruining the oil pump, lowering gas mileage, or worse. I ain't a mechanic, my brother is. Just my 2 cts.
