favorite baitfish

What are some of your favorite baitfish to use

mine would have to be bluegill. bream for all you folks back east though.

I love useing chicken heart, I fish a lot of jugs and chicken hearts really work for me, easy to use, not messy and stays on a long time and after a while, the little grass shrimp start ganging up on it and than along comes the big boy. Shad, a strong second

I like shad but bullhead cleanings work great too. It seems like the flats like them the best up here.

I've heard that the bullheads work real well here too. I've only tried them a couple of times with no luck, but I didn't catch any on anything else those days either.
