    Default New to this Forum

    Just found this forum and have been reading past post, I have been fishing Lake Norman since Nov. and boated my 100th striper 2:30pm Dec 31 I would like to visit other area's and states Va.S.C. Tenn I will have plenty of questions and a few comments but I'm glad I stumbled on this site so post them reports.

    Russell, you are da man. Since the striper kill during the summer, the striper guides, tournament fishermen and others are having a hard time catching any. How about sharing your technique or a photo of two.

    I see lots of people from North Carolina striper fishing the tailwaters of Ft. Loudoun Dam and Melton Hill Dam here in East TN. The two dams are only about 10 minutes apart, but Melton Hill tailwaters are much cooler, I think something like over 10 degrees.

    Mac, I know you already forgot more about fishin than I can ever hope to accomplish thanks for the complement anyhow, your pal RAWHIDE has called me on the vfh a few times and was very complementary as well I look forward to being freinds with all you great angler's I'll try to post so pic. soon
