Where to fish?

I,ll be bank fishing Monday and wanted some opinions.Would I be better off at the the Bottoms or the dam this time of year with the water like it is?I'm kinda leaning towards the Bottoms,maybe walk out on that wing dyke by the pier. What do you all think?

Wing dykes are all under water right now...the pier at Columbia Bottoms *may* be out of water...I spoke to the Columbia Bottoms office today and the water is at the top of the boat ramp as of today.
