    Default Easy Grilled Recipe

My father'n'law turned me onto this recipe but it is really good. Get a baking pan you can cover with foil and put on the grill. Cut a stick of butter up and fill the bottom of the pan. Place fillets over the butter, put 1/2 of an onion all over and between gaps, I add sliced potatoes and mushrooms. Then dust with garlic powder, seasoned salt, lemon pepper. I do a final dusting of Red pepper. Cover with foil and cook on the grill until the fish flakes and butter is nice and bubbly. I cook it a little extra until the potatoes are done but everyone loves it in my family. Not sure if all the butter is good for you but the alternative we do is beer battered fried with peanut oil which can't be much better health wise.
