95% day, 5% night and it depends on the time of year,,, My only night fishing is in the summer,to get away from the boat trafic and the heat,,, I day fishing is the rest of the time and I fish more durring the spring, fall and winter, to cold at night for me and I catch good numbers of fish durring the day so why fish at night, also the jet ski's and pleasure boaters are much thinner in the off season's...

100% from the bank. I like night fishing because the bite is better here, imo. Plus, having all of the animals and snakes moving silently by your leg, about a foot from it, really sends a heavy amount of adrenaline through the body

I voted day, just to be different, I fish a combo of boat and bank, usually dictated by where the fish are at at that particular time of year, I catch equal amounts of fish I think during night or day, knowing your water like the back of your hand and being keyed into fish patterns and movements is an absolute must to hammer the big flatties during the day, channels are always biting somewhere.

It doesn't matter to me what time of day i fish as much as where i'm fishing at a certain time of day. I fish from the bank and i try to chose my spots wisely, but that comes from doing a lot of research and note taking.

I fish day & night but mostly at night. I seem to get more bites & it is so much more relaxing.
