    Default Mayflies

Grads on the fish. The pic of the mayflies is not good. every time I've seen a hatch like that on the river the catfish bite falls to darn near nothing. Saturday when I was out, as I was passing one of the islands I keep hearing a noise. Even with the motor running wide open. I stopped just to see what it was. It was cicada's so loud I could hear it above the motor. Not good, the fish will gorge on them and the bite will be really bad.

More 16-21 pound fish than I have ever seen in one outing. Thanks my friend for taking me out. It was a trip I will not soon forget. Again, sorry about you first time this year getting wet on the water. At least it was just a few sprinkles & no lightning. About the same as I gave for Willie & Nanner.

Kutter, I had a great time! I can now say that I've experienced first hand a REAL Kutter-Kane! :smile2: It didn't start raining till we were launching the boat and it didn't stop for a couple hours! HARD rain to boot!!:smile2::smile2:
