			<description>*The Catawba  Catfish Club Awards Gathering will be held on June 1,2013 at Ebenezer  Park on Lake Wylie,SC..Time will be from 12:00 pm Until 
We will be giving out awards and Prize Money to this years First and Second Place teams in Points and to the Big Fish of the Year winner.
This will be a cookout and we will be frying up Fish,Fries,Hush Puppies and have a few other things.
All Team Members that fish our series and Carolina Catfish Club members are invited to come out along with  your spouse and children to join us for a fun and relaxed afternoon by  the lake.
Please RSVP Marty Green or Jeff Green by phone or email by May 26,2013  to let us know how many will be in your group so we will have a head  count on Folks attending.Our numbers are on the Contacts page of our Website at www.catawbacatfishclub.com  or you can PM either of us here on this forum or just post it to this thread

			<description><![CDATA[The Catawba Catfish Club had our 9th and Final Tournament  of the 2012-2013 Season this weekend{May 4th and 5th} on Lake Wylie,NC/SC..This was a 2 day tournament which ran 8 hours each day.On day one we had 29 Paying Anglers{14 Boats} come out to fish the tournament,On day 2 we had 12 of the 14 boats come back to fish.All were competing for a Total Pot of $580,we had a Big Fish Pot each day with Day 1 paying $140 and Day 2 paying $120.
Weather was not good either day with High winds and the threat of rain all day long on Day 1,It was only worse when we came back for Day 2 with winds worse and rain just about all day long.
In the end the Team of Team Reelin the Blues capped off a great season with another win by bringing a Total of 119.75 lbs {3 Fish Each Day} to the scales,the win also vaulted them to the Points Championship Title for the season besting 2nd Place Team Got the Blues by a final tally of 207-186.
Team Got the Blues Lindsay Bigham captured the Big Fish Pot on Day 1 with a Huge Flathead weighing in at 49.80 and winning $140
Team Reelin the Blues Jeff Manning won the Big Fish Pot on Day 2 with a Blue weighing 24.80 and winning $120

			<description><![CDATA[just to add some humor to your day....i thought i would share with you the boat that should be rented for next weekends tournament on lake wylie. A custom wrap would be added titled: "ARE YOU A WAKE-A Bass Boat Tribute".
It will be a specifically for all those folks who are insistent on driving through planar boards, pulling down at half throttle while circling a vessel at an anchored position, cutting in front of vessels while underway and what is considered common courtesy to others fishing or anchoring on Lake Wylie.
Besides, i think it would be cool with a trolling bar and an ipilot.
