			<description>I have read all through the fishing regulations and I can not find anything that sais one way or the other in regards to chumming.  I have been told by people who have seen me chumming that they thought it was illegal and I should be careful, but I do not believe it is illegal.  If anyone knows for sure one way or the other please let me know!</description>
