I wrote Vincent Sheheen a nice note giving him my side of the arguement. There are commerical catfishermen on Lake Wateree and I'd bet they have 25 or 30 baskets they fish every day. When Bob Dickey was alive and trapping Wateree he'd catch hundreds everyday rain or shine. Makes no sense to me.
