You did get a copy of the adjuster's report, yes?

BTW His insurance or yours?

Be a good time for a buddy that is a lawyer.

You are going to get one shot at this, make double sure your costs are covered before you settle. (hidden damage?)

Not to mention that now this may show up on a "carfax" report and hurt future resale value.
Damn, I didn't even think of carfax! I don't want that Blazer anymore! That truck was perfect and flawless- I used to buy salvage titles and rebuild them to sell... I know what types of damage cannot be restored right... there are always comprimises in repairs made to vehicles damaged in the way this one is- its an unavoidable nature of the beast... I never bought vehicle with hard rear hits because of that fact.
It's his insurance... He hasent given me an estimate yet and Hidden damage is a major concern of mine on everything that was involved..... I believe tomarrow I will trailer my John deere's to the dealership and let them go over both of them with a fine tooth.
I'll do the same with the two trucks like you suggest.... get them down to the bodyshop.... while I'm at it, I may as well call a carpenter over to the house also.
yep it's a pain in my ass for sure.
