I'm thinking about switching out my catmaxx,and ungly stick for 2 war rods can anyone help me out on this .
There are two war rod R1's for sale for 175.00 right now in the are"for sale".175.00 I believe that are 7'6" but they are the stiffer rods. They are more for heavy current and throwing big bait. The R2 rods are more for what you will probably need. If you can afford it you could buy the two r1 rods and possibly trade someone for a r2 and have one of each. I am sure someone would buy the catmaxx and the other rod you have. The war rods run about 110.00 for one so the 175.00 for two is a great deal!
Love my WR2's. They work great for channels and shovelheads. Good luck brother.
