Nor Cal FISHING!? Where to go??

Im from the Silicon Valley and looking for some great fishing spots.. Being that i live in a BIG city its rather difficult to find a good lake/stream/river... heck even a pond Im just diehard on going fishing as often as I can BUT for catfish.. Any ideas?? Ive done everything from jigging for Halibat to taking the boat out for some trout and striper on Del Valle. Is there anything extrodinary im missing out on, like some real honey holes for CATFISH??
