Do any of you fellows use disk sinkers (river sinkers)? I like the brass ring for attaching to a snap swivel or a sinker slide. I am thinking of ordering some Do-It molds but with all the talk here about no rolls and flat bank sinkers, it has me wandering if those are better.

I fish the river almost exclusively and my two outside rods I use the no roll sinkers. The two inside rod I use the egg sinkers since they are right behind the boat. I normally use the 3 ounce no roll but if they are running a bit more water than I usually see I'll go to a 5 ounce no roll for the outside sinkers. I fish the Wateree River about 20 miles below the power house so the water is fairly consistent. Hope this helped.
