  1. I don't know WHAT I know

(Meant to be a humorous rant, so don't get excited!)

After careful reflection and analysis of our 2012 fishing season I have come to the following conclusions:

    1) I don't know WHAT I know.
I have shown stringers full of bluegill to anglers who laugh at my rigs and tell me "you can't catch bluegill tight-lining." I have caught most of my cats and ALL of my biggest cats between 3 and 4:30 in the afternoon despite being told I must fish for them at night. I ...
  2. He's making a list, and checking it twice...

The seasons have changed here in Ohio. Falling leaves have been replaced by falling temperatures. The cold and rain (and impending ice and snow) have driven me away from the lake and into the basement where I occupy myself cleaning and repairing equipment in preparation for spring. While she was catching panfish with one, I was busy repairing the other on the lakeshore. ...

Next weekend she wanted to go again so we hit Leesville lake. She caught a 12 inch bass and I caught a few bluegill.
