That's great and wish these people that trash up places would stop it. We have so many here also that haul down a cooler full of stuff to eat and drink then leave all the trash behind and on the banks. Plus throwing fish up on the rocks to stink and cause issues also.. Be glad when they start giving litter tickets for these people plus a $500. fine for throwing fish away no matter what kind.. Were seeing more bank spots gone because of a few that trash up spot and don't care. Seen on guy doing this and his truck was the same bed was half full of trash and even heard him telling someone he was nasty at home also.. Pete
it might work and chum them un at the same time is it sealed as in if you sink it will the goodies stay in the barrel or will it just all dump out? if sealed then i'd drill a ton of tiny hold in it and see if she'll sink not sure if it will hold te bottom or not but i'd take a cinder block er 2 just incase its a floater NICE CATS ya got there too

It's VERY heavy... besides, my wife is insisting that I get rid of it. I told her that I was pitching it out one gallon at a time... (Not fast enough for her).

Sounds Great! I'll be here.
I haven't fished Webber in about 3 yrs. Our grandson fishes there all the time. This next spring or the next time I can get loose to go with him I will send you a PM.
The problem is much less in the winter because only us old hard-core catmen are down there. The summer is a different situation. Every weekend fisherman in the country converge on Eastern Oklahoma... I stay home!.
Call the District Warden and complain. That's what we did to stop the hand liners at Ft Gibson. I got tired of people standing there with a pop bottle, with line wrapped around it and when the warden walks up they drop the whole thing in the water.
We all know that the warden is rarely nearby... especially when jerks are trashing up the place. I keep the three local wardens on speed dial for just in case.
Some times they do that at Ft Gibson, but most of the time every one uses baskets to get shad and they just dump them back over the fence. Maybe the game warden should write tickets for wanton waste, that might slow it down some.
