Liken to you I blog for my own sanity. It’s a release that I think some men may read and get a smile out of once in a while. Mostly I go back and re-read my own blogs.

It's always hard to stay with diet and exercise! I after getting out of the Army over the years have packed it on myself. I started back at it again. Simple things help like eating wheat instead of white bread. Easting carrots instead of chips (my wife says carrots have crunch like chips so it's almost the same (I call BullSh*t)) Stick with it! you can do it.
