i have a 14 foot flat bottom jon boat for sale set up and ready to fish registration good until march 2011

yahct club trailor good tires and all lights work
plywood floors and they are
painted top, bottom and sides with oil based enamel
lowrance fish finder
bildge pump
2 padded swivel seats with removable seat brackets
12 volt outlet
switch panel
bow and stern light
anchor pulley on the bow
40 lb thrust minkota riptide trolling motor
8 hp mariner f/n/r compression is 130 and 130 w/3 gallon fuel tank
4 rod holders
4 touch lights
fire ext mounted at the stern
battery tray mounted in the bow
all wires ran under the wood floor from the battery ot the switch panel
everything on the boat is new except the mariner and it runs excellent boat runs about 12 to 15 mph fresh paint on the entire boat
trailor could use some paint touchup

Would you sell with just the boat ,8 hp mariner f/n/r compression is 130 and 130 w/3 gallon fuel tank, 4 rod holders. That's all I need but if not what could you take off to make the cost as low as possable. Thanks, Because I really need a boat and that's the perfect size.
