Now is the time to get them. Talk with some people and find out where the skips are at right now and you should be to get plenty. This is the best time of year to catch them

the dam on the up river side 4 to 6 inch in two weeks got about 1500 of them there.with sibiki rigs any time of day.best last 2 hours of day light

useally best just about 2 hours before dark
you will just have to try and pattern them and see when they hit the best
