Them sturgeon are Uuugly thats all i know whistler but i hope to land one some day hoping this spring/summer.

Us too t-bone, i was actually trying to hook some crappie just happened to notice the bass chasing down bait fish and shad so i knew it was a decent sized fish in the area from the fear he was provoking, next time i catch it it'll be and 8 pound i hope;)

Yeah i'm bout due for a double digit channel cat maybe this year will be the one.

No shame in taken a bass!! They can be a great fight. Personally, I'll start fishin' for anything if they're biting. Last year if the cats were acting funny, Id'e through out some dough and go for carp......they fight like heck. Glad to see you went out and got something. Did you guys catch any cats?

;) No cats this last trip Linz. My deep hole I usually pick up my biggest stripes and cats was unexcessible. I am going there tomorrow early morn and fish the whole day and evening. I should be hot bite I bet
