Sunrise Lake in Nesbit?

I was looking through the Mississippi wildlife website at State records and noticed that the MS state record Black Bullhead (5 lbs.) came out of Sunrise Lake near Nesbit.
Does anyone know anything about this lake? Is it a public lake? etc.

Sorry I can't help ya....I moved to Arkansas in 94 but back when that lake was public. Now if it is being stocked by the fish commission then it has to be open for public use. If that helps
