Up here in Dakota I'm limited to 3 kinds of minnows as live bait. And no cast nets, seines, allowed for catching bait. Only a single 12" minnow trap or a 24" hoop net are legal.



Sounds like that virus likes the Big lakes best, but I bet its going to raise heck on the Salmon and trout fishery up there.
