.......not a single fish. man, this weekend was a skunkin' for us. we only had 2 that looked like a nibble had taken place. took 'em all in and will try again this weekend. it's supposed to be a little warmer, maybe the bite will turn on.

anyone else give it a go on the neuse this weekend?

I think I gave up on the neuse until the water is back in the 60's. I used to catch fish non stop all night but for the past few months there have been many skunked trips. I am thinking about going for shad this weekend since they are starting to run up, maybe I will set a couple poles out with fresh shad to see what the blues are doing.

I know how yall feel. Saturday night we went to buckhorn and put out more lines than I'm need to tell on here and not one single fish. Just a couple small channels on the rods

there are fish at buckhorn its just hard to catch both of them
