Da river done come ta me

Well the St Johns river has finaly come to visit .It got a little wet down here in central florida acouple of weeks ago, now the river will be closed to boat traffic for a couple of months .The old Girl needed a good flushing out. I can't weight to see how it will effect the fishing.
Some of you folks come from areas that flood on a regular basis, how did it effect your fishing in the long run?
just my luck ,I just got a new fishing boat and can only get it wet when it rains.lol

I hope everyone comes out alright down there. That was a heck of a rain dropping storm. I live about 1/2 mile for the St. John's up here in Jacksonville. Wonder how long it will take for that water to get up here?

i I talked to fish and gam yesterday ,The offiser told me it could be april be for the south end is opened [lake woodreff south.
