Help me out here, where is starks? I have fished alot of north LA but there is alot of areas I do not know.

I lived in LA over 30 years, and I still had to look that one up. According to Streets and Maps, it is in Southwest LA near the Sabine River in Calcasieu Parish. Never fished that area, but always wondered what the Sabine holds down there. I read stories about canoe trips down the river, but never see any fishing reports.
