Lake Claiborne

Does anybody ever fish Lake Claiborne? My family has a cabin rented there in july.

I've fished there some. Honestly, had more luck catching bass and crappie there before I saw the light and started trying to catch the "real" fish:) I tried to drift fish it a couple of weeks ago but the wind was just too much. The waves were about 2 feet and it was really cold. Didn't get anything either. Nice lake though. Watch out for the stumps. There are a lot of them just under the water. Stay in the channel if you're running any speed at all.
