Hail to highpoint area

I just was wondering who here lives near highpoint area I fish the yackenriver chain, and Oakhollow in highpoint on a regular basis.

Hey NC; I live in Winston , was at Oak Hollow Marina to day. Is that ramp across the lake public also ? Fish Baden a little, but do not make the catches Tomahawk does. Welcome to the board.:)

Hey all, I'm in winston, still looking for places to bank fish since I don't have a boat. James

Jim: Old City Lake at Lexington has lots of bank space. Also Toma-A Lex has some. Costs $2 to fish Toma-A lex. You can rent a boat at Salem Lake here in Winston,or fish off the pier. If you cannot find these lakes on a map ,let me know. Welcome:)

I fish oak hollow alot I only live about 3 miles away. a quick hookup and I'm there. I found a few good places that produce well. The ramp on the across from the ramp is used for sailboats mostly. the one by the dam not used much only for events, use to be used for boat drags.maybe I'll see you there this year.
