Good morning,

The weekend is coming up and I was wondering if any good fishing was going on around Baton Rouge and its surrounding lakes and rivers. I know its "hot", but fish are biting somewhere. Give us your stories.

I really don't know if the fishing was good this weekend or not. I honestly was thinking about going, and then, facing the heat, decided not to give it a try. I do know that the river dropped 7 ft since last weekend. That could change things a lot. It is still pretty high by normal standards. By the way, since I decided to stay home, my A/C crapped out also! Probably should have gone. Anyway, hope you got out, and if so, let us know how you did.
