Loggy Bayou in Lousiana

Anyone been fishing south of the lock and dam where Loggy Bayou hits the Red? Thinking about an over-nighter in that area next weekend.

We fished that are alot last year have not been there yet this year. Caught several nice fish just north of loggy on the red. And there is a nice deep bend n. of the 71 bridge on loggy.
