Missourri River Boat ramp???

I have been looking for a good boat ramp into the Missourri. I go to a friend's cabin in Lake Waconda, and there used to be a ramp right at the dump down there. But since the flood waters rose so much it ate away alot of land, and the ramp's gone. Any ideas north of Nebraska City where I could land a boat would be very much appreciated.
